Corte Cottage is situated in one of the few remaining unspoilt areas of the UK. The Welsh Borders have wonderful scenery, exemplified by the Elan Valley, Brecon Beacons and South Shropshire Hills. We have quiet roads, no light pollution and more sheep than people!

Although Corte Cottage is in Powys (Wales) the English borders with Shropshire and Herefordshire is only a short distance away.
